The architectural concept of the project was developed by the renowned Georgian architect Giorgi Khmaladze, who has harmoniously combined functional planning, visual calmness, and urban aesthetics within the complex.
 

The buildings are designed to allow natural light to reach both the residential apartments and the shared spaces, while the façade and materials together create a contemporary appearance that reflects comfort, elegance, and the dynamic rhythm of the city.
 

Special attention to detail is evident in both the interior and exterior. The design features simple yet refined forms, proportional layouts, and spatial organization that naturally responds to residents’ daily routines.
